Orthopedic Manual Therapy Sessions
Using an integrative approach that combines deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, craniosacral therapy, and structural integration, I help clients address chronic pain, repetitive motion injuries, tension, and other conditions that affect their quality of life. My goal is to support the body’s natural healing processes, restore balance, improve mobility, and relieve discomfort so you can move with greater ease and get back to doing the things you love.

Deep Tissue
I think it's important to clarify that deep tissue work does not mean using deep pressure everywhere. I use a combination of techniques to sink through each layer of soft tissue, from the dermis through the fascia, to muscles, tendons, and ligaments to release dysfunction and compression in joints and other areas of the skeleton.

Neuromuscular Therapy
Specialized, results-driven form of clinical bodywork that targets chronic pain, muscular dysfunction, and nervous system imbalances at the source

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and the body’s natural capacity for balance and healing. Using light touch, sessions create space for the release of tension, helping you feel more grounded, easeful, and connected to your body

Structural Integration
Deep, slow-guided pressure and manipulation to the fascial network that surrounds muscles, bones, nerves, and organs. Clients often participate by making slow, guided movements during the session to help re-educate the nervous system and build long-term postural habits.
